Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g poppy seeds
- 3 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 200 g flour
- 200 g yogurt or sour cream
- 100 ml oil, tasteless
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Combine all cake ingredients in a bowl and mix briefly. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat: 170°C) for about 35 minutes. Tip: Serve with vanilla sauce.
