Pork fillet stuffed with Gärtringer chili whip

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pork fillet(s)
  • 1 bratwurst, hot (Gärtringer chili whip)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Preheat the oven to 80°C using a shallow baking dish. Pierce the fillet lengthwise (best done with a sharpening steel). Stuff the chili whip into the fillet. Heat the coconut oil in a pan and sear the fillet on all sides. Place the fillet in the preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes. Slice to serve.
