Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g lean pork
- 2 onions
- 8 tbsp oil
- 125 ml beer, dark
- 125 ml cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Cut the meat into thin slices and the onions into rings. Sauté the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil. Brown the meat in batches, then remove. Bring the meat juices to a boil with the beer and cream, stir in the mustard, and season with salt and pepper. Add the meat and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with potato pancakes or mashed potatoes.
