Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g oat flakes
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • possibly fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for children from 12 months

Bring the oat flakes to a boil with 100 ml of milk, stirring continuously. Remove from heat and stir in the honey and the remaining cold milk until a smooth porridge forms. You can also mix in some pureed fruit.
