Potato and Ham Cams
The perfect potato and ham cams recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 450 g Mashed potatoes from the day before
- 2 tbsp Strength
- 100 g Cooked ham
- 0,5 small Chopped onion
- 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 Salt, pepper, nutmeg

- Breadcrumbs for breading
- Fat for deep-frying
- Cut the ham into fine cubes, sauté with onion and parsley very lightly, allow to cool and add to the puree, add the egg yolk and starch and mix everything together well …… season with the spices to taste
- Heat the fat in a saucepan
- Using 2 moist tablespoons, cut off the dumplings from the Pü, turn them lightly in breadcrumbs and fry them …… let them drip off a little on kitchen paper
- The cams are not rolled in egg before breading, as the mass is moist enough !!!!!
