Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1.3 kg potatoes
- 500 g minced meat
- 200 g cream
- 400 g milk
- 1 pack of processed cheese, approx. 200 g
- Salt
- pepper
- 2 tbsp, leveled vegetable stock powder

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes
Simply
Grease the baking dish with oil. Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly. Arrange some of the potatoes in a scaly layer in the baking dish until the bottom is covered. Fry the minced meat until crumbly and season well. Spread it evenly over the potatoes in the baking dish. Arrange the remaining potato slices on top of the minced meat. Heat the cream and milk and melt the processed cheese in them. Stir in the vegetable stock and season with salt and pepper. Pour the sauce evenly over the potato and minced meat mixture. If you like, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 50 minutes. Serve with a salad.
