Potato and Smoked Pork Casserole

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 300 g Beans tk
- 250 g Kasslernacken
- 1 tbsp Savory
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 150 g Cheese
- Potatoes and smoked pork bake 1. Cook the potatoes with the skin almost done. They must not be too soft so that the whole thing does not become soggy but also not too firm because they do not bake so extremely in the oven. 2. Put the tc beans in the boiling water & cook until they are soft, this takes about 10-12 minutes . 3. Peel the potatoes & cut into large cubes. 4. Put the potatoes and beans in a baking dish. 5. Fry the Kassler in a little fat, sprinkle with flour and fry that too lightly. Introduce the milk then add the cream or optionally stir in the milk and bean water. Season well with salt, pepper and savory. Give it a try in between. At the end it should be a creamy sauce. If necessary, thicken with a sauce thickener. 6. Put the sauce in the baking dish, stir and sprinkle with cheese. Bake everything about 15 at 200 degrees. Good Appetite. 🙂
