Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g potatoes, floury
- 1 small onion(s)
- 100 ml sour cream or cashew butter
- ½ bunch parsley
- ½ bunch chives
- e.g. nutmeg
- e.g. salt and pepper
- n. B. Caraway
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Boil the potatoes until soft. Let them cool, preferably overnight. Peel the cooked potatoes and grate them coarsely. Chop the washed herbs. Peel the onion and dice very finely. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes, chopped herbs, diced onion, sour cream, and seasonings with a fork. The mixture should be spreadable. Cover the bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours for the perfect flavor.
