Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of spread (potato cream)
- 3 stalk(s) spring onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 small onion(s)
- ½ tsp herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Dice the bell peppers and onions, cut the spring onions into rings, and mince the garlic. Mix everything with the potato cream and season with herb salt. We serve it with rosemary potatoes or oven-baked potatoes. A must-have for barbecues, too.
