Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 9 large potatoes
- 8 eggs, hard boiled
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 400 ml sour cream
- 300 g sausage (chorizo)
- 150 ml milk
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp butter
- salt and pepper

Boil the potatoes unpeeled. Let cool, peel, and dice. Hard-boil the eggs in plenty of water and 1 tablespoon of salt. Let cool and dice. Heat the butter and sauté the flour in it. Remove briefly, add the sour cream and milk, and heat for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the potatoes, eggs, and diced chorizo together and place alternating layers (potatoes, chorizo, and eggs) in a greased ovenproof dish. Pour the sauce over each layer. Pour the remaining sauce over the dish and bake at 190°C for about 20 minutes.
