Potato pancakes, Baggers, Dotsch – super easy, no smell of grease in the apartment

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and divide the dumpling mixture into 9 equal portions, spreading them into potato pancakes about 5 mm thick. Bake in the oven at 170°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes – this varies depending on the oven and the desired degree of browning. We serve this with smoked salmon with herb curd or a mixed salad. 320 kcal per portion.
