Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 large potatoes, floury
  • 1 tsp onion(s), diced
  • Parsley
  • 40 g flour
  • 20 g fat
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 200 ml water
  • Salt
  • nutmeg
  • sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Toast 40g of flour in fat until light or medium brown. Briefly fry 1 teaspoon of sliced ​​onion. Slowly add cold water and a little salt. Add the onion, leek (finely sliced), parsley, and the raw, peeled, chopped potatoes (you can also use a whisk). Steam thoroughly, cover, and simmer the soup for half an hour. Season with cream and nutmeg, and serve sprinkled with parsley.
