- 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
- Freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt from the mill
- White milled pepper

- Wash the potatoes, cut the peeled into pieces, season with salt and cook until soft. Then drain, mash, pour in milk, season with nutmeg, pepper and salt and let cool. When the mixture has cooled down, the baking powder, herbs and eggs are mixed in to make a sticky dough. Now press about 2 tablespoons large portions flat with moistened hands and place on the preheated, oil-brushed waffle iron, close the iron, and now wait patiently until the gold pieces are ready. Do not open the waffle iron too early, otherwise you will tear them apart.
- Very tasty with goulash !!!!
