  • 200 g Dark couverture
  • 1 Knife point Ground cardamom
  • 1 Knife point Ground cinnamon
  • 1 Pc. Cowardly
  1. Melt the couverture, stir in the spices.
  2. Half fill the star shape with the couverture.
  3. Cut the fig very finely into cubes.
  4. Distribute the fig on the stars.
  5. Pour the rest of the couverture over the figs so that the stars are well filled.
