Prawns with Green Asparagus

- 250 g Shrimp
- 300 g Green asparagus
- 1,5 cm Fresh ginger
- 2 Toes Garlic fresh
- 100 ml Riesling
- 100 ml Rapeseed oil
- Herb butter
- Pepper from the grinder
- Salt
- Cut off the lower third of 500 g green asparagus and use it elsewhere.
- Peel the garlic and ginger, chop the garlic, finely grate the ginger.
- Fry the asparagus with a little oil, garlic and ginger in a pan over medium heat.
- Let the herb butter melt, continue to fry while stirring.
- The prawns are allowed.
- After a short time, deglaze with white wine.
