Prawns with Green Asparagus

  • 250 g Shrimp
  • 300 g Green asparagus
  • 1,5 cm Fresh ginger
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 100 ml Riesling
  • 100 ml Rapeseed oil
  • Herb butter
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Cut off the lower third of 500 g green asparagus and use it elsewhere.
  2. Peel the garlic and ginger, chop the garlic, finely grate the ginger.
  3. Fry the asparagus with a little oil, garlic and ginger in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Let the herb butter melt, continue to fry while stirring.
  5. The prawns are allowed.
  6. After a short time, deglaze with white wine.
