Prepare a fried egg in the microwave – this is how it works
Admittedly, you can hardly get a nice fried egg as it came out of the pan with a crispy brown edge in the microwave. It’s quick and saves crockery.
- Whip the Ein into a deep soup plate or soup cup. If you use a plate, it is best to brush it with a little oil or butter beforehand.
- Now poke the yolk once or twice with a toothpick and put it in the microwave.
- At 600 watts, the fried egg is ready after a minute. If you set a higher wattage, the cooking time will of course be shorter.
- Now add some salt, pepper, or spices according to your taste and enjoy – bon appétit.
