Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 jar sprouts (mung bean sprouts)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tsp sambal oelek

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry and roll it out into slightly thinner sheets. Fry the minced meat in a pan until crumbly, then add the mung bean sprouts. Season with soy sauce and sambal oelek. Fry everything thoroughly again and then place in portions on the puff pastry. Fold into small rolls or pockets and place in the oven (180°C fan-assisted) for about 35 to 45 minutes.
