Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pc. puff pastry from the refrigerated section, rectangular
  • 1 class can/n tomatoes, (400g)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 5 drops of Tabasco
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper
  • ½ jar capers
  • 4 anchovy fillets
  • Salami, sliced
  • 150 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and roll out the puff pastry. Puree the tomatoes, tomato paste, and spices with a hand blender. Spread the mixture over the puff pastry, leaving a 1-cm border. Cover with capers, anchovy fillets, and salami slices. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack for 25 minutes. This pizza can be made with any topping. Capers, anchovy fillets, and salami are my favorite.
