Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g puff pastry
- 150 g ham
- 150g mozzarella
- 75 g crème fraîche
- 15 olives
- 1 handful of chives

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Chop the ham, mozzarella, olives, and chives. It’s best to halve the olives. Roll out the puff pastry, spread evenly with the crème fraîche, and arrange the other ingredients on top (you can create vertical lines with the ingredients so that each piece contains the same amount of ham, olives, etc.). Then roll up the puff pastry from the thick side and cut thumb-width rolls. Place the rolls on a prepared baking sheet. Bake at 180°C (350°F) top/bottom heat for about 25-30 minutes.
