Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 800 g pumpkin flesh, diced
- 500 g orange(s), filleted
- 200 ml orange juice (squeeze out the rest of the peeled oranges)
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- 500 g gelling sugar, 3:1, (diet fruit)

Boil the pumpkin flesh, orange segments, and juice until the pumpkin is soft. Puree the mixture. Add the fructose syrup and prepare according to the package instructions. Pour into prepared jars and turn upside down for 5 minutes. Serves approximately 8-10 200 ml jars.
