Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese (20% fat)
- 75 g purslane
- ½ tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp walnut oil or rapeseed oil
- ½ tbsp caraway seeds
- 1 tbsp, heaped onion(s)
- Sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Finely chop the purslane leaves. Mix with the quark and the other ingredients and season with sugar, salt, and pepper. When serving, sprinkle with some coarsely ground caraway seeds and a few purslane leaves. Delicious with potatoes or as a spread.
