Quark and Cream Cheese Dip
The perfect quark and cream cheese dip recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Quark semi-fat
- 200 g Cream cheese low in fat
- 200 g Cream cheese with herbs, low-fat level
- 200 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
- 100 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
- 1 tbsp Linseed oil
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season to taste with salt.
- The dip goes well with jacket potatoes or fresh pretzels.
