Quark and Cream Cheese Dip

  • 200 g Quark semi-fat
  • 200 g Cream cheese low in fat
  • 200 g Cream cheese with herbs, low-fat level
  • 200 g Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • 100 ml Natural carbonated mineral water
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped chives
  • 1 tbsp Linseed oil
  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together. Season to taste with salt.
