Quark and raisin rolls

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 250 g spelt flour or wholemeal flour
  • 6 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g honey
  • 100 g raisins
  • 100 g almonds
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
  • 1 pinch of clove powder
  • 1 pinch(s) of mace

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 50 minutes

with quark-oil dough, for 12 rolls

Knead all ingredients together. Let the dough rest for 1 hour, then shape it into 12 rolls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. The rolls can also be toasted the next day or frozen.
