Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g quark
- 4 eggs
- 1 pack of mashed potatoes (3 servings)
- 200 g clarified butter
- 150 g sugar
- 1 tsp lemon(s) – zest, grated
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Recipe from Brandenburg, makes about 20 pieces
Combine all ingredients except clarified butter in a bowl and mix until smooth. Form the dough into cone-shaped balls and fry in hot clarified butter. Either dust with powdered sugar and enjoy on their own, or top with a compote, such as rhubarb or gooseberry, and serve.
