Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 450 g quark
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 250 g oat bran
  • 50 g wheat bran
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Low carb, quick to make, super tasty

Combine the quark, eggs, and salt in a bowl and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything briefly. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan (I used the Tupperware Ultra loaf pan) and smooth it out. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 50 minutes. The bread is done when it sounds hollow when tapped. After baking, let the bread stand in the pan for about 15 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely.
