Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • ½ onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • ½ tsp paprika powder
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for crackers, vegetable sticks or fondue

Mix the quark with the cream until smooth. Grate the onion and stir it into the quark mixture along with the ketchup. Season with paprika and pepper.
