Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g curd cheese, 20%
  • 3 tbsp mineral water
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise, light
  • ½ tsp, leveled salt
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 stalk rosemary
  • ½ small bunch of chives
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder, hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

spicy and spiced up

Combine the quark and mineral water in a bowl and whisk until creamy. Add the mayonnaise and whisk until smooth. Remove the stalks from the thyme and about 15 rosemary sprigs, chop very finely, and stir in. Mix the salt, chili, and paprika with the quark. Finally, finely chop the chives, fold in, and enjoy. This quark dip goes well with fan-shaped potatoes, flatbread, or grilled meat.
