Quark for jacket potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 cup of quark
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 tsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp, heaped natural yogurt
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix both cups of quark thoroughly. Then stir in the crème fraîche and sour cream. If you want it creamier, add a little more yogurt. Otherwise, just mix in the spices and season to taste. Can also be used as a dip or spread.
