Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 50 g kefir
  • 25 g crème fraîche with herbs
  • salt and pepper
  • e.g. chives
  • e.g. parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix the low-fat quark with the kefir and crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the chives and parsley and mix in. Refrigerate until ready to serve. It’s perfect as a dip for raw vegetables.
