Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 large can of peach(s)
- 4 tbsp brown rum
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 250 g cream cheese
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, juice and zest
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Drain the peaches. Pierce several times with a fork and pour over the rum. Cover and let stand for 2 hours. Mix the crème fraîche, quark, vanilla sugar, honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Divide the cream among four plates and place a peach half in the center of each. Puree the remaining peaches and pour over the dessert.
