Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- 200 g almond sticks or flakes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 125 g butter
- 4 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until frothy. Now combine the flour and baking powder to form a smooth batter. Bake on a baking sheet at 200°C (top/bottom heat, fan: 175°C) for 10 minutes until golden brown. Melt the butter. Add the almonds, sugar, vanilla sugar, and milk, spread over the batter, and bake for another 10 minutes.
