Quick apple cake for figure-conscious people

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g applesauce
  • 3 eggs
  • 20 ml sweetener, liquid
  • 2 m.-large apples, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Using a hand mixer, combine the flour, applesauce (as a substitute for margarine), eggs, and sweetener until a batter forms. Wash the apples, core them, cut them into pieces, and add them to the batter, briefly folding them in. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for about 35 minutes. Remove from the oven after a toothpick test and let cool in the pan. Tastes delicious with a little applesauce or cream.
