Quick Banana Ice Cream

The perfect quick banana ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 piece Bananas
  • 400 g Yogurt without fruit
  • 150 ml Milk or coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • Vanilla sugar
  • Lemon juice
  1. Cut the bananas into slices, drizzle with lemon and freeze for 4-5 hours
  2. Use a hand blender or blender to chop up the bananas, mix the yoghurt, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar together. If you want, you can add chocolate sprinkles.
