Quick Banana Ice Cream
The perfect quick banana ice cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 piece Bananas
- 400 g Yogurt without fruit
- 150 ml Milk or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar
- Vanilla sugar
- Lemon juice
- Cut the bananas into slices, drizzle with lemon and freeze for 4-5 hours
- Use a hand blender or blender to chop up the bananas, mix the yoghurt, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar together. If you want, you can add chocolate sprinkles.
