Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g cheese, in one piece (mild or spicy according to taste)
- possibly paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for parties, snacks in front of the TV, with a glass of wine
First, cut the cheese into sticks, then into slices about 1 mm thick. Place the cheese on a baking sheet and place the whole thing on a plate in the microwave. Heat until the cheese bubbles (time varies depending on the microwave’s power). If you like, you can sprinkle the chips with paprika while they’re still warm. The cheese chips are great as finger food and can also be added to salads. They can be eaten hot or cold.
