Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 steak(s) from the pork loin, thumb thick
  • some clarified butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the steaks and pat them dry. Heat the clarified butter in a pan, then fry the steaks on high heat for 2 minutes. Turn the meat over, remove from the heat, and let it rest with the lid on for 5 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Serve with fried potatoes and fried onions.
