Sausage goulash

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 650 g meat sausage
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • Paprika powder
  • pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 tbsp sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the sausage into small cubes. Melt the butter in a pan. Brown the sausage cubes until lightly browned. Dust with flour and fry briefly. Pour in water and cook until creamy. Then add ketchup and other seasonings. Finish with crème fraîche. Tastes great with potatoes and carrots or salad.
