Spread the love

Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • 16 slices of salami
  • some condensed milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious party snack

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it horizontally and vertically down the middle. Cut each piece in half again. Then cut it crosswise again to create 16 triangles. Place a slice of salami on each triangle and roll it up to form small croissants. Arrange them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and brush each croissant with the canned milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) until golden brown. They should still be slightly soft on the inside; this is how they taste best.
