Quick tuna sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 200 g double cream cheese
  • ¼ liter broth, instant
  • 1 jar capers, 100g
  • 1 can of tuna, in its own juice, 200g
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Finely dice the onion and sauté in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until translucent. Add the cream cheese and broth, bring to a boil with half the tuna and half the capers. Puree the mixture with a hand blender. Roughly chop the remaining capers, tear the tuna into pieces, and add to the sauce. Grate the zucchini into fine strips and add to the sauce. Bring to a boil once, then serve with spaghetti or other pasta. This will be quicker than the pasta is ready.
