Quickly Made Beetroot Salad
The perfect quickly made beetroot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 gas Beetroot (220g)
- 1 Can Chickpeas (212 ml)
- 1 Glass Shepherd’S cheese lettuce cubes in oil + herbs (150 g)
- 1 Can Tuna
- 1 Handful Roasted pine nuts
- Drain the beetroot, tuna and chickpeas.
- Mix the beetroot cubes, chickpeas, herder cheese and tuna.
- Pour roasted pine nuts over the top and serve.
- Possibly. add salt and pepper to taste.
