Quickly Made Beetroot Salad

The perfect quickly made beetroot salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 gas Beetroot (220g)
  • 1 Can Chickpeas (212 ml)
  • 1 Glass Shepherd’S cheese lettuce cubes in oil + herbs (150 g)
  • 1 Can Tuna
  • 1 Handful Roasted pine nuts
  1. Drain the beetroot, tuna and chickpeas.
  2. Mix the beetroot cubes, chickpeas, herder cheese and tuna.
  3. Pour roasted pine nuts over the top and serve.
  4. Possibly. add salt and pepper to taste.
