  • ¼ cup nuts
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¾ cup milk or soy milk
  • e.g. raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For example, cook quinoa the day before according to the package instructions. Place the chopped apples, raisins, and nuts in a bowl. Heat the milk and add it to the quinoa mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
