Quinoa – Patties on Vegetables
The perfect quinoa – patties on vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Patties
- 2 cups Quinoa
- 4 cups Water or vegetable broth
- 1 medium sized Chopped onion
- 2 tbsp Hemp millet or rice flour
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Psyllium husks
Vegetable side dish
- 0,5 Cup Diced Kohlrabi
- 0,5 Cup Diced carrots
- 0,5 Cup Sliced celery stalk
- 0,5 Cup Diced celery
- 1 Red Cut peppers
- 2 cups Vegetable broth
- Spices and herbs to your taste
Patties
- Put quinoa in a sieve, rinse and cook in the vegetable stock and let it soak well. Then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Now shape patties with your hands and bake them in a hot pan.
Vegetable side dish
- Cook the vegetables in the vegetable stock and then arrange on the plate.
