Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 bunch of radishes
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp herbs, fresh
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

fresh spread on bread or with baked potatoes

Combine the quark and yogurt. Slice the radishes very thinly and stir in. Season with herbs, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. This spread is especially delicious on dark bread or with baked potatoes. Tip: Don’t let the spread stand for too long, or the radishes will turn the quark mixture pink!
