Baked potatoes with herbs of Provence

Spread the love

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 10 m.-sized potatoes, waxy
  • e.g. olive oil
  • Herbs of Provence, dried
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Brush a baking sheet with olive oil and sprinkle generously with salt and Provençal herbs. Place washed, halved potatoes cut-side down on the baking sheet. Pierce the potatoes a few times with a fork, sprinkle with salt (not too much), and drizzle with a little olive oil. Then bake the sheet in the oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-45 minutes. We always have this when we grill. It tastes great with herb quark or herb butter, and aioli also works well.
