Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g radish(s)
- 2 bunches of dill
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
light and delicious
Peel the radish and slice it thinly. Finely chop the dill and set some aside. Mix the rest with yogurt and vinegar, then season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix the sauce and radish. Sprinkle the reserved dill over the top and serve.
