Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 3 onions, large, diced
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp clarified butter
- 600 g minced pork
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 250 ml broth
- 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 ml sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the onions in hot fat. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the washed and sliced leek and all the ingredients except the cream, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the sour cream. Serve with rice or bread.
