  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 250 ml broth
  • 2 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml sour cream

Instructions

Brown the onions in hot fat. Then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the washed and sliced ​​leek and all the ingredients except the cream, and simmer for 20 minutes. Add the sour cream. Serve with rice or bread.
