Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 g natural yogurt, 0.1% fat
  • 150 g raspberries, frozen
  • some sweetener, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Thaw the frozen raspberries slightly, then puree them in a blender. Combine the yogurt and quark, add to the raspberry puree, and blend again. Sweeten to taste. WW Points: 1.5
