Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 200 g ladyfingers
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 ml milk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla flavoring
- 2 oranges
- ½ lemon(s)
- 45 ml Limoncello
- 300 g raspberries, frozen

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Quick recipe
First, juice the oranges and mix with the limoncello. Dip half of the sponge fingers into the mixture on both sides and arrange them in a small glass baking dish. Mix the mascarpone with the milk, powdered sugar, vanilla paste, and the zest of half a lemon. Pour half of the cream into the dish and smooth it down. Dip the remaining sponge fingers into the dish and layer the sponge fingers and cream in the dish. Finally, scatter the thawed raspberries on top. After half an hour in the refrigerator, the tiramisu is ready to eat.
