Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g berries (jostaberries)
- 500 g sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 15 minutes
Clean the jars thoroughly and rinse with clean water. Wash the fruit. Puree the fruit with the sugar and fill the jars. Place the jars in the refrigerator. The fruit will set and will keep for weeks in the refrigerator. If you want to keep it for longer, don’t fill the jars quite to the brim and freeze it after it has set. It’s perfect as a spread and much more.
