- 100 g raspberries, preferably frozen
- 80 g banana(s)
- 1 handful of chard
- 40 g beetroot
- 5 almonds
- 160 ml water
- 150 g pear(s)
- possibly lemon juice

Simply wash all the ingredients thoroughly and blend them together in a blender. If desired, add a few squeezes of lemon to help preserve the vibrant color.
