  • 100 g raspberries, preferably frozen
  • 80 g banana(s)
  • 1 handful of chard
  • 40 g beetroot
  • 5 almonds
  • 160 ml water
  • 150 g pear(s)
  • possibly lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

vegan, healthy and super tasty

Simply wash all the ingredients thoroughly and blend them together in a blender. If desired, add a few squeezes of lemon to help preserve the vibrant color. The recipe is super easy and tastes amazing; the color, in particular, convinces many smoothie-haters to drink a smoothie containing leafy greens.
