Red wine cake with red wine icing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g butter
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 100 g chocolate sprinkles
  • ⅛ liter red wine
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp red wine
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

super easy, super juicy and delicious

Combine all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl and mix until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased 26 cm round cake pan or springform pan (although I prefer the round pan). Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for one hour. For the icing, mix the powdered sugar with a little red wine until smooth – the mixture shouldn’t be too thin! It’s better to use a little less red wine. Spread the icing on the still-lukewarm cake, let it dry, and serve.
